Terry Sutter, MA, Christian Mediator, Conflict Management Coach, Organizational Consultant and Court-Appointed Parenting Coordinator

Terry earned her Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of West Florida and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, West.

Terry specializes in conflict resolution and Christian mediation.  She helps individuals resolve their conflict in a peaceful and biblically faithful manner.  Christian mediation is used in a wide range of contexts, including:

Personal and professional relationship conflict

Marital and family conflict

Divorce/Custody/Parenting/Property division

Post-decree disputes

Church conflict (staff/members/pastors)

Business and employment/workplace disputes

HOA and neighborhood disputes

Student/family disputes with school administration/districts

There are many benefits to using Christian mediation and the Bible clearly instructs us to settle our disputes with the assistance of other believers and not go before unbelievers in court, (Matthew 18:15-20, 1 Corinthians 6:6.)

In addition to mediation, Terry offers one-on-one Christian conflict resolution coaching and educational workshops. Workshops currently include: (1) Effective Communication Skills, (2) Understanding and Resolving Conflict, (3) Christian Mediation Skills, and (4) Understanding and Managing Anger.

Terry is also available for organizational development projects designed to prevent, manage, and resolve conflict in any type of organization (including churches). This is done using any of the following: assessments, interviews, surveys, focus group meetings, and training.
