Jennifer earned her Master's Degree in Counseling and Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University. She provides individual, family, marital, and group psychotherapy sessions, and specializes with children and adolescent populations.
Currently, Jennifer is a co-facilitator for a Women's Life Issues group at PCA that addresses the issues women face when their spouse has a sexual addiction or online pornography addiction.
Jennifer additionally has expertise with mood disorders, ADHD, depression, anxiety, additions, trauma and abuse, PTSD, and behavior/anger management. Jennifer also has specialized training and experience in play-therapy with children.
Jennifer enjoys advocating and volunteering for special needs populations and is a Special Olypmics Sponsor and former coach.
This current fee of $115 is an estimate for one 50 minute regular therapy
session. The fee for the initial intake session is $145. Fees may be subject to change depending on the the nature and
type of services provided. All fees and services provided will be
discussed and approved by informed consent before services are
rendered. Jennifer Smithson is an independent contractor with PCA.
