Stephanie Nixon, MA, LPC
Stephanie Nixon earned her Master of Arts degree in Marriage & Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Texas and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Communications at Houston Baptist University. She has been practicing therapy since 2003 and works with adolescents, college-aged individuals, adults, families and couples.
Her experience in treating eating disorders, women’s issues, body image concerns and family problems comes from several years’ employment at Remuda Ranch, an inpatient treatment facility for eating and anxiety disorders. She has expertise in treating adolescents and young adults who struggle with co-occurring disorders, behavior issues, self-harm behaviors and identity development. Stephanie also specializes in treating depression, anxiety disorders, self-image concerns, abuse, PTSD, OCD, as well as spiritual integration into counseling services.
This current fee is an estimate for one 50 minute regular counseling/psychotherapy session. Fees may be subject to change depending on the the nature and type of services provided. All fees and services provided will be discussed and approved by informed consent before services are rendered.
